By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following:



Limited Availability / First Come, First Serve


Èkómi prepares limited quantities of select menu items daily.


All items are available while supplies last and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.


Placing items in an online cart does not guarantee availability until payment is completed and order is confirmed.


Èkómi reserves the right to substitute or cancel items that sell out. If cancellation is necessary, a refund will be issued for the unavailable item.



Drive-Thru Policy


Drive-thru orders are fulfilled in the order received.


Wait times may vary depending on:

• Order volume

• Order complexity

• Time of day


Èkómi is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Customer indecision at speaker

• High demand periods


For safety reasons, drive-thru staff may refuse service if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.



Take-Out Policy


Take-out orders must be picked up within a reasonable time of notification.


Èkómi is not responsible for food quality once:

• Order has been handed to the customer

• Order has remained unclaimed beyond reasonable pickup time



Delivery Policy


Delivery services may be provided via third-party platforms.


Èkómi is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays

• Driver conduct

• Spillage during transport

• Incorrect addresses entered by customer


All delivery concerns must first be directed to the delivery platform.



Order Accuracy


Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before final submission.


Èkómi is not liable for:

• Customer input errors

• Missed modifications

• Incorrect addresses



Refund Policy


Refunds are issued at management discretion and limited to:

• Incorrect preparation by Ekomi

• Quality concerns reported promptly


We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Sold-out items clearly marked as limited

• Delivery delays outside our control

• Failure to pick up order



Allergy Disclaimer


Our kitchen handles common allergens including:

Nuts, dairy, shellfish, soy, gluten, and eggs.


While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.


Customers with severe allergies assume responsibility when ordering.



Right to Refuse Service


Èkómi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.



Intellectual Property


All branding, recipes, designs, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Èkómi and may not be used without written permission.



Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Èkómi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.
